We only caught 18 crappie last weekend. Somehow we missed the spawn here in GA. Once that water gets up into the 80's I know how where they move to and we will get on them again.

Commons and Gar are pretty much spawned out so we went hunting for big grass carp this weekend in the clear water. Sneaking up on these is like stalking a big buck....very wary of the boat and trolling motor. Got about 15 of them.

I got a Pre 64 in .243 thats is pretty sweet. It is super heavy but it has a great trigger on it. I used to tote it around the neighborhood shooting woodchucks. It was the wrong tool for the job but I was a kid and didn't care if I scared the crap out of the neighbors daily. lol
