Blew the chest and triceps up this morning pretty good with a short interval run at the end to get the heart rate up. Burned about 650 calories before 7 am, pretty good morning.

I really liked the No Cam, but the Halon made me really it too. I didn’t upgrade to the Triax last year, but shot Ike’s. I really liked it when I did. Vertix this year it is though!
