Clean day, went pretty well. Starting to get the home back in order now that the new little one is two weeks old.

Well, little one slept way better last night which meant that I was able to get to the gym for a full workout this morning. Deadlift/back/Biceps day.

I got a short chest workout in this morning. Goal through the sleepless phase with the little one is just to maintain some level of consistency.

Tough thing to read, very sorry for your loss! I am glad you and your son were able to share that hunt and had the time to share with your father how you did!

Well having a newborn is a great way to kill routine...Essentially I stayed up until 1:45 last night because sleep wasn't really coming with the baby crying. Hopefully I can get in to the gym tomorrow.
