These things are going to be rough for a while, current climate doesn't help for sure and knee jerk reactions seem to be the norm.

Very cool, I am really excited about getting my kids out. My three year old son came with me for father/son doe hunt. He loved every minute but asked why it didn't have antlers like what was on my hat or the mule deer that we have on the wall.

I'm getting there on the real estate front. Debating how/what to do in this market.

My sentiment exactly. I really enjoy getting to go out fishing, doing beach days with the family, etc. However the storms that they can have there are no fun.
