I watched a guy grab a 15 pound water turtle right by the head one time. He thought it was a snapping turtle and was grabbing its tail. I literally almost peed my pants laughing when it snapped at his fingers and almost took them off. I will never forget that.

Agreed. However, where I hunted them it was illegal to kill them unless you had a permit and they were males. (Hence the clear plastic tube)

I used to hunt them quite a bit back in the day. Always found it to be good exercise.

We like our stuffed-animals. I think I posted pictures of these before. But there may be an addition or two. Got 2 crappies, 3 whitetails, and an Elk at the taxidermist right now. All of my dink whitetails from years past are downstairs lining the walls.
