Caught these 37 after work.

Kept about 80 of the biggest bluegill. Caught prob 20 small bass and gills that were thrown back.. Was able to get a gallon of filets. This was Sunday's catch. They are trying to spawn.

Was finally able to get out on saturday. We have been swamped with kids sports and HS graduation so haven't been able to get out much. 43 bluegill here.

Line a baking sheet with foil. Cook between 15 and 25 minutes (depends on thickness of bacon) at 400 degrees. You will never fry bacon in a skillet again.
