I do use apple juice to spray the meat while it is on the grill. Keeps it from drying out and does give is some flavor too.

I do have another one in the freezer. I could bring it along already cooked, just reheat.

The fruits of my labor! We demolished it!

The enzymes in pineapple juice help tenderize the meat...... Been doing it for awhile. A friend of mine told me about it, seems to work.

Starting to get the Brisket ready for cooking tomorrow. Soaking it in pineapple juice for 6 hours or so in a covered pan in the refer. Take it out late this afternoon. Apply my homemade rub and leave overnight in covered pan in refer. Tomorrow morning will smoke it for about 4 hours, then finish...

I don't want to start a big argument here, but Just wanting YOUR opinion on a muzzle break. Lot's of hunters posting here they want to go to a lighter caliber because of the recoil discomfort of shooting their rifle for extended periods of time. I get it and have experienced it myself. But...

Back in the 70's I bought a pair of Browning leather waterproof boots that were exceptional. They were insulated with vibrum soles. I wore them for 20 years and had the repaired and resoled 3 or 4 times. They are pretty worn out now....but I still have them. I wear Danners now. The Brownings...

Reminds me of when I was in the service and stationed in Texas. We used to catch a bunch of 'dads and take everything to make a "boil" and go to Padre Island for a weekend of camping on the beach. Lots of great food, brewskis and friends!
