If you plan on hunting unit 44 all I can say is get out there and scout. The deer numbers are down and while there is still a great buck out there for a lot of us they are getting harder and harder to find.

I thought about a 7mmSTW. I don't believe that the 7WSM is very close to the 28 Nosler. The 28 Nosler is closest to the 7mmSTW where you can push a 160 grain bullet around 3300 fps which neither the WSM or SAUM can reach (safely) It all comes down to if you want a 28 Nosler then build one.
