I think that the key word here is "eventually" That could be a very very long time away.

I hate to say it but I would like to see where Wyoming DWR said that the preference point system would guarantee a applicant a license or a tag. At the very most I would say that they said that it would better a applicant's odds of obtaining a license/tag in the draw.

I doubt that you would end up washing dishes but you may have to sign over your home, and kids. They don't take wife's over there, they already have enough of them.

As for the company paying out, stay with one of the better know ones. RipCord is one and Global Rescue is one of the others. On the African Hunting forum that I am on both are rearguard quite highly.
