They'll never go back to pre paying for tags. With post pay they have more applicants than ever with each one paying a non refundable application fee. With pre pay they have to refund to the applicant the money for the tag which cost CP&W money. Let's see what one they prefer????

As I mentioned, if you refuse they will be back with a warrant along with more backup. Why escalate it, just show them what they are looking for and then file a complaint later.
