So I will shamelessly say this, Silencer Central has been great for us to deal with as a company. They have been a breath of fresh air in the customer service department. I have gone through the process like I was a consumer and it has been a great experience.
Been so busy the last few weeks I have neglected this thread. However, I have not neglected my workouts. Still hitting the gym 5 days a week, today was jerk/curls/rows.
@Rich M he knows his stuff. Read through his posts and it is pretty easy to tell. I've spent a lot of time in the gym over the years, it's pretty easy to sniff out the guys who talk and those who do. @Finsandtines does it!
How many years are you into their system now? LOL isn't it something astronomical? I know one person with higher points than you who can't draw to save his life either.
I'm trying to get one more hunt in before the season closes here. It has been an incredibly busy spring. However, I got two of my kids out with me for a hunt which was a lot of fun!
Can't draw if you aren't in the game...
I drew my Montana deer tag so I should have a fun hunt when the time comes. I will be filming Brandon until he fills then It will be my turn.
Wyoming is still up in the air but is for sure my bread and butter. Regardless it will be fun when it happens.

The MTNTOUGH App has an onboarding body weight program that is perfect for this, they there is a Kettlebell program that most motions you can do with a Dumbbell. We still have a few of those memberships left.
Started off with squats, then closed with Kettlebell lunges, jerk/squats(very light), then extensions.
My ankle finally feeling healed up well has allowed me to start incorporating the cleans and side to side motions again.
