Just returned from AZ. Good times as always but I was not able to fill my tag. High winds during most of the week made hunting conditions not favorable. Already planning for next year.

Taking off tomorrow with my crew to our annual javelina rifle hunt. Report and pictures upon return. Good luck to everyone.

Anyone applying for NM this year? I'll be putting in for the usual deer and elk. May consider other species depending on the AZ results.

Spring draw results are now posted on the AZGFD Portal. I drew a javelina tag in my usual unit.

So, this year I was fortunate enough to draw an AZ coues deer tag in the southern part of the state along with my two hunting buddies. It was the only hunt any of us had drawn this year so we knew we had to give it a full 100%. We hunted hard during the entire 7 day season, harvesting two...
