You are correct he does live on the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge.

A guy I know in CO took a picture of this buck Saturday. It’s non hunting wildlife refuge. It would be a dream buck on public land.

The New Mexico/DU auction ended last night. Pronghorn went for $65K as did unit 16 Elk. Can't imagine a pronghorn worth $65K.
