Elk meat is a staple in our house. How many of you live almost exclusively on elk meat all year? Elk is primary, then antelope sausages, then waterfowl. Mule deer is a rarity as my standards are high and my lot in life last year was a miss.

How many of you dove hunt? Lots of Eurasians here!
