Straight cardio this morning, 45 minutes on the treadmill. Half of that was at a jogging pace.

Straight treadmill cardio this morning. I feel pretty good about my cardio condition. My wife did weight watchers before this pregnancy and lost 30lbs, she plans to pick it back up after the baby arrives. I decided to get ahead of the curve and jump on that treadmill too.

You would have to commit me before I became anywhere close to proficient with one of them!

I can report this to be 100% factually correct!

I have a Walther PPQ in .45 Auto that I carry plus the bear spray.

For the range I really like them, for hunting the size is the biggest inhibition to me.

I try to avoid the bathrooms at convenience store if at all possible...

Todd and I had a detailed discussion this subject a few seasons back on a hunt. I haven't hunted an Eastern yet, which brought us to the biological differences traits, etc.

On this particular hunt the rears froze up pretty good. The one side froze stretched out, the other...well not so much. Needless to say a hatchet was involved with removing the the hooves etc.

The only place I can stand to use a baitcaster is over the deep water where no casting is involved. Jus drop it down the hole in the ice or off the bow of the boat and call it a day!
