Good luck with that, it sounds brutal... Yesterday was a full body Kettlebell and bar movement, high rep focus. Today was a targeted back and bicep workout, tomorrow will be about 8K meters on the row machine.

@Ikeepitcold is correct, just about every hunt in the northern third of Nevada and the western border produces big goats.

I should get Montana deer, then who knows with the random tags here in Wyoming. Nevada will be points only for me again this year.

This is a good education thread, part of what I really like about forums!

Kettlebell work and then some overhead press mixed in. Was a solid 35-40 minute workout. Will be all back/biceps tomorrow closed with some time rowing. Will likely use the MTNTOUGH warm up beforehand.

Was a squat day today, did 7 sets of back squats(135x1, 250x6x8 and 135x1) then front squats, stairs with kettllebell overhead then extensions. Closed with 1000m on the rowing machine.

We may have finally moved out of the craziness and into what feels a bit like spring.
