Has anyone dealt with the Alps day packs and if so which one?

a couple hundred, I was looking at the badlands super day pack.

I just want something simple and not expensive, I won't be packing out meat on it, I will be only walking in a couple of miles, I want a lightweight pack for water, garmin, ammo, headlamps, batteries, knives basic things.

hows the metal frame on your lower back fit? I have lower back issues and I'm just curious.
