Opinions needed for Daughter's new rifle

X-Bolt Micro Midas - Bolt-Action Rifle - Browning I got one of these in 300 WSM for my wife for our Alaska bear trip several years back. That was a BIG mistake... It kicks so hard that she was terrified of it and can't hit anything with it. Being scared of that gun cost her a bear in Alaska...

X-Bolt Micro Composite - Bolt-Action Rifle - Browning My friends wife has the .308...loves it. Hardly any recoil at all. She shoots 180 grain federal bullets out of hers. Its deatly accurate too. Browning rifles sure have jumped in price a LOT.

    2023 FISHING THREAD

I wish I had this week off work. I would be tearing those carp and gar up. The water temps will be perfect for the next three days. It was a bit cool for the carp and gar last weekend, but we still shot about 50-60 or so. Those hybrid stripers and stripers that were in the picture fight super...

    WY 2023 Hunting Season Proposals

Ya. Ok. We all know that they raised the prices to “improve the drawing odds.” So basically, “We don’t have enough tags to make everyone happy, so we are going to price people out of the game so only those with money can apply and that helps their odds of them drawing a tag.” How convenient...
