My wife and I havn't salted anything we eat for years. We watch out for the salt in processed food too. BUT certain foods we like that have high sodium content we eat them anyway, just small amounts.

I wish somebody would start a new initiative to reverse the one that barely passed. I would help gather signatures and donate money.

I use Hi Mountain sage breakfast sausage seasoning. I also use bacon ends & pieces instead of pork or any added fat. The bacon ends & pieces probably have too much salt tho.
