Yesterday I was fortunate enough to take this buck after hunting hard. I had lots of little guys coming by but nothing I wanted to shoot. My shot was 8yds and he only went 30yds and piled up.

I still haven’t punched a tag yet. I’m hunting whitetail in WY right now. I’ve passed up a lot of smaller ones. Here’s a picture of the sun coming up from my stand. So far I’ve had 9 deer come by but no bucks.

I’ve hunted grizzly country solo quite a few times with no problems. You just have to be smart about it. I would highly recommend a light bear proof electric fence. Also keep your food and tooth paste away from camp. The best way is elevated in a tree away from your camping spot. Highly...
