Started the 10 day program this week. Great week to start it after a crazy week at SHOT and a duck season that made morning workout routines a bit of a challenge. Monday started with a deadlift/cardio combo and today was isolation tris mixed with a little chest.
The piece that is so hard to put on TV is how much work it took to get to the point of the shot. Using hounds is about the only effective way to do it but it does not gaurantee kill.

Layouts have pretty much been a field endeavor for us, but if we hadn't built a blind on one property two weeks ago lay outs might have been a part of the discussion. We have used them in the first split for teal hunts next to ponds though.
