Went out for the muzzleloader hunt in December, put in a lot of miles hiking, still hunting and glassing. Beautiful place to visit & hunt. There was plenty of flooded areas and it wasn't quite cold enough to hold you up in most places. We were fortunate to come home with meat in the cooler and we are Thankful for that. I've been trying to find the Mule Deer myself, seems like we can find the doe and the smaller bucks but have not yet been able to locate a mature mule deer buck, we will have to do more research and try to find more areas to look for this elusive animal.
