Several interviews seem to ask the same thing, sounds like there was “practice” going on.

There are going to be several layers of negligence on this one. Who is prosecuted will be determined by that. Live round will look very bad for sure, the armorer at minimum has a lot of questions, then producers who hired them etc. So avoidable is the sad part.
