    Favorite Hunts

Man it is a insane amount of time I can understand that. I am lucky that I live in a very central location as pertains to some of the best mulies anywhere in the world. I set up my life/work so that I can allocate the necessary time to both scouting a hunting. I also just enjoy the process of...

    Favorite Hunts

Nothing like looking over 100’s of bucks above 11,000 ft scouting then hunting the biggest one. Or it looks like I am the first to pick archery mule deer. Yea for me easy choice as there is nothing like it.

How many of you will get the Covid shot?

Thanks man I grew up kayaking (started at 11yrs and was running class 3 by 13 years old) my parents were teachers (dad a river rat) so we did a US western multiday every year in the summer. Also grew up doing a lot of float fishing in the 80's and 90's - or fishing is why I learned to row a...

    WV - CO Connection

I am not sure if the Burris buck will ever be beaten. Today we follow these bucks year in and year out and if you have ever seen that buck in person it is just crazy how deep and big the forks are. When it gets to that level it almost comes down to kickers and deductions as there have been a...

    WV - CO Connection

South west colorado now holds both the wr typical (Burris buck posted above) and the wr velvet typical mule deer. While the velvet typical was taken a just a few miles to the south and east of the Burris buck it sure shows that there are some good genetics down in the south west to produce 2...
