Thanks! I cut him up today and plan on making some andouille and chorizo sausage this week. I've been doing pretty good lately at our ranch in Cloverdale, CA. Hunting hogs is lot of fun and keeps us hunting between all of the other seasons. My dog caught this one on Memorial Day.
