2.5 year old. I learned my lesson on lead cows years ago.
I'm heading to do that in the next few weeks, hope they are going to cooperate!
We had it pretty easy. In the middle of a herd of 500 at first light. 3 whole elk in the truck by 9am. This time of year is feast or famine. Good luck!

That was the problem with my hunt, feast or famine. No elk, no snow so they were still on the mountain in Utah.
