I got a Type 6, looking forward to going back!

Going to Oklahoma next week to hunt hogs. Definitely deer here in Indiana. Probably deer in Kansas. I'll have roughly a dozen other applications with low to fair odds, hope to get lucky on a couple of them.

I will probably draw Kansas deer. On the bubble for Colorado elk. Long shot apps in Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, South Dakota for various species. OTC deer in Indiana, hogs in Oklahoma.

No luck in the secondary draw for me either.

Before you tear the heater apart, saturate a q-tip in rubbing alcohol and swab the pilot tube. You may have to tear a little cotton off the head of the q-tip to get it down into the hole, but then you can go almost the length of the q-tip.

No, I haven't had that problem, have camped in some major downpours also. I do unroll it and let it air dry if there's been any moisture prior to packing it up, just to prevent mildew.

I was able to draw an antlered deer tag, two antlerless whitetail tags, and two doe pronghorn tags. Add that to my cow elk tag, and Wyoming was very good to me this year.

No tags for me :(

Our rifle restrictions, at least for public land, here in Indiana are pretty similar to what you just described. I have a 450 Bushmaster and my daughter has a 350 Legend. Either cartridge would be an excellent choice. I've taken lots of deer and hogs with the 450. We have yet to take any game...

Successful on Type 6, unsuccessful on Type 2. Opposite of what I expected, but still happy with the cow tag.
