As it says... Anybody stayed at the Sands recently? The pictures of the rooms make them look big and really nice, like recently renovated, but for some reason, I suspect the one we'll get won't be that big (or nice).

What's everybody running for empty pack weight for a large, external (metal) frame pack? I'm talking Large 6000+ cubic inches, equivalent to a large ALICE pack with extra pockets and such. That doesn't include water bladders or anything else. Thanks.
