I see in deer unit 87 the Reg showed they were supposed to issue 25 total tags and today they only issued 9 to residents and none to NRs.

Betting it wasn't an error. They have a lot of landowners in 87. Ever been by Seminoe? If the resident and non resident landowners took their cut, that may've been all that was left...
