Here's photos of my 2013 antelope from Unit 48 in WY. This year's hunt was a complete opposite of last year's. The animals were spread out far and wide due to the fact that water was EVERYWHERE. Ended up shooting the buck on the third day at 175 yards in a gale-force wind (it was a constant 30-40 mph the first 3 days we were there). Best part was that my 5-yr old was able to come with me, although if you ask him, his favorite part of the trip was the fishing on the Miracle Mile.
We just finished processing the antelope this weekend (1 buck, 2 does), and I had a tenderloin last night. Some of the best steak I've had in quite some time. With antelope, it's all in how you take care of them after the shot!
