A new ballot proposition needs to get started about getting the wolves out of Colorado. We need to stop this insanity about restocking wolves here in Colorado.

Don't give the employees any more raises and use that money to pay the ranchers than maybe they will think twice about bringing in more wolves....... wishful thinking lol

The big problem with getting rid of them now is that it is a law to reintroduce them so the CP&W's hands are tied for the time being.

One thing that gets me is that CP&W just signed a agreement with the Southern Ute tribe saying that they won't reintroduce wolves into areas of the San Juan's because of the problems it would create with the deer and elk herds in the area that the Southern Ute's hunt.

I dont think they have a chance. Recently read that Montana has paid out $197,000 for 241 animals in 2024. Comes to $817 for each animal killed by predators.
