Its funny this year im having a hard time getting excited about the draw because im already booked up Idaho plans New Mexico hunt and now a surprise AZ unit 9 tag so if i draw in Nevada im screwed for time but then again the hell with work COME ON ELK TAG

This area is very isolated, be sure to leave word of your hunting plans and locations.

Hiking and glassing will greatly increase your odds of success.
As hunting pressure increases, elk become more nocturnal.
When leaves are still present on trees, patterning elk during early morning and late evening hours will allow time to plan a successful stalk to intercept elk during the following peak of activity as elk move to and from bedding areas.

It's fine if you want to give that one away, but I'd be real careful who you tell, "Bigger deer tend to have larger antlers."

No back doors in Nv. I had hoped with the new company there would be something but they kept it slammed shut.
