I just tried them again and I still can't get into my information page.

It still has a different CID number listed than what mine is and tells me that my DL is issued to another person.

Time to give them a call again and be a pain in their rear until this gets fixed.
Yeah .. they were able to correct my issue over the phone.

The lady that I talked to today told me that when they merged 2 systems together that one of them issued me a new CID number which shows up on my profile page. She also told me that they were swamped by calls from sportsmen that are having problems accessing the system just like I am. I did mention that if they don't get if fixed by the time that the big game application starts next month that they are going to need to have every CP&W employee in the office just to answer the ticked off hunters that are having problems accessing the "new" system.

I did get my turkey application in by doing it over the phone, but I'll still be a pain in their rears when the big game application period starts if they don't have it fixed by then.

I'm having the same issue with the DL#. I'll give it a week or two before I call in.
Take a look at the CID number that is on the page and see if it matches the one that you already have. I would be willing to say that it doesn't and until it does you might not get in.

I just got on the website and my issue has been resolved. Looks like they are at least working on the system to fix the problems. Not sure if my phone call to them yesterday had anything to do with them solving my problem.

I still haven't figured that one out since you still have the same DL number on your new one that you had on your last one. That is unless you lost it for some reason in the courts.

I haven't renewed my DL recently. I'm really not sure where to find my CID, I haven't actually had a tag in CO since 2012.. only points.

For a non resident the DL is not going to be a issue since you are a non resident, but for a resident it is causing problems.

You can find your CID on the mail label on any of the guide books just above your name. There used to be a page on the web site that you could put in your birthday and DL number and pull it up but right now I can't find it.

Yeah, I agree, but the DOW rep was clear that a new license (less than 6 months) will screw you up in their system .... even if your DL # remains the same. Doesn't make sense.

Just went through and applied for my spring turkey tag. Had no problems, the systems a little weird though... just different I suppose. I kept wondering why it was only $13, then remembered you don't pay for the tag until you draw now ($3 app fee, $10 habitat). I suppose like everything I'll get used to it!

I'm not sure about that.. right now I can't get past the personal info page because I have to confirm my DL#, and it says my DL# belongs to someone else.

I'll try to dig up an old license or something with my CID.

You have the same problem that I have. The system issued you a new CID and your DL is attached to the old CID so no matter what you do nothing will work.

That is one of the problems that they need to fix.

Yep.. I dug up an old regs booklet with my CID, and sure enough it's different than the one listed on my details page. I'll try to call in there tomorrow.

Checked in with them again today and still no luck on when the information will be corrected.

I'm about to call a TV station and give them a idea for a news story.

I called in and had them delete the 2nd identity they had created for me. Mine seems to be fine now, showing my original CID, correct # points, etc.

You must of gotten the only person in that office that actually knows what is going on and how to do something.

I just get nothing except for them to tell me to keep trying later.

I'm in.

I finally got in touch with someone that actually knew what they were doing by calling the main office number. He ended up taking my problem up to the licensing people who finally corrected the problem in about half a hour.

So if you are reading this do not call the 1-800-244-5613 number

instead call directly to 1-303-297-1192
