Got all the gear on and went for a run. Cold of course but the snow on the roads and sidewalks definitely make it a tougher run.

Wednesday

50 mins on recumbent bike pyrimid setting. 18 miles

Supposed to barely hit 3 degrees tomorrow with windchills far below zero so probably no running outside

Well got out work couple houra early and we warmed up to an amazing 6 degrees with sun shine. So suited up. My legs are very soar.

Ran 3.02 miles first stopped stretched to loosen my calves that had tightened up so bad my feet were getting that tingle sleep feeling and to hydrate. Was about 5 min break. Then ran the second one. 2.15 miles

Haven't had opportunity to log in for a few days, but I've been getting after it.

I've been shoveling snow along with weights and a bit of interval hill runs just today. Gotta be mountain ready right! :)

I was in seeley lake, Montana for the weekend. sweet place.

Another short workout this morning. After nearly a month of not feeling hot, getting to the duck blind regularly maintenance is my hope with all workouts at the moment. The harder workouts will start again after SHOT show and I can get my schedule sorted out again.

Ran in the nice weather long run then a short cool down run. Super icy
