I haven't had much time to mess with it but did just get done setting it up. My current specs are 71# 29" draw 378 gr arrow, 30 gr on the string at 325 fps. This is out of the box with a few added twist in the yoke to get the pre lean I prefer. Other than that I have not done a thing. So I would say it is about 4 fps slow compared to IBO right out of the box to your average buyers. I could fudge the lighting here and there but this was done just like most would right out of the box so you would have a fair comparison. Personally I don't care about it hitting IBO exactly but I am sure with a little tweaking it would hit it no problem. I will keep you posted with some long range shooting to get a feel of brace height difference from the Invasion.

Really liked this bow but I did end up trading it. The only reason was the overall mass weight compared to my Invasion.
Just felt the Invasion was a better bow for me when it comes to pack in hunts. There is also less riser torque in the Invasion from a tuning aspect. I like less torque because generally it will mean more forgiveness to the shooter.

Thanks! I missed this one the first time around. I shot one today and wow... I loved it. Actually, I shot the XL. He had sold all 4 of his cpx's in the past 3 days. Apparently they are a hot commodity. Now I just need to come up with the cash. Thinking about going with a 60 lb'er just for the extra comfort.

I definitly would go with the 60. There really is no need for a 70# bow anymore IMO. With the KE of today's bows you will have no problem killing anything in north America with a 60. And you can shoot them all day long!
They are definitely shooters for sure and a very solid performer. Glad you liked it!
