Outdoor edge knife set

Got my set in the mail middle of last week, used the skinner on a last minute archery buck Saturday evening. Didn't get any pics of it in action, but will post pics when I cut up the meat the next day or two. Man, it was sharp!

It's the only knife I carry now! Why sharpen, just change the blade!

A good quality blade like Gene Ingram, Charlie May, Dozier, half face blades will do multiple animals without sharpening. I am a knife slut and I just can't bring myself to use a disposable razor.
My Ingram double whammer and half face blades crow scout jr (with my moose antler scales) are my two favs.

Everyone we hunt with including guides and outfitters are all using OE Knives. When we quartered my daughters deer up it was like Edward Scissor Hands.

I used my Eastmans knife as well as my Outdoor Edge Kit last week to break down all three muleys in Montana. I absolutely love those knives. They're easy to put a new edge on and easy to grip even with snow and blood on them. Super impressed with them.

knives showed up this week. hopefully will get a chance to try em out on my nieces monster bull. she drew an idaho 45 tag in december . should be a fantastic hunt

Just a little post-Thanksgiving turkey carving this morning with the knives. Dad and I both scored on birds this morning. Next up is rifle deer season on Monday, hopefully cutting up a buck for my sister.
