Outdoor edge knife set

Just do it....I have more dang knives then I know what to do with now.
WTH is wrong with me that I want these also.
I believe they call my behavior enabling...

My sister bought me the outdoor edge butcher set a few years ago for Christmas. I had never owned an outdoor edge knife before and based on the price of the set and the fact they are made in China I didn't give them much hope. To my surprise, I love these knives. They retain an edge and are easy to sharpen. Its all I use anymore when breaking down game.

I was pretty much in the same boat. How could a inexpensive knife set be worth a crap being made in China? It's all I use now.
FYI, those handles are really easy to replace if you break them.Here's a couple from this weeks elk hunt.

I ordered mine on the 2nd and received them two days ago on the 9th. You should be getting yours any day now.

hard to argue with that. I literally have hundreds of knives and probably 50 of them I need to stop procrastinating and sharpen.
of all those knives I really only have a handfull that I ever use, yet I still am looking forward to the outdoor edge getting here.
