Two workouts, two mornings in a row. Big game season must be pretty much over for me...

Litte sore from KB swings and KB deadlifts yesterday.

Anything with kettle bells is a workout. I used to train with an amateur worlds strongest man competitor. Those were some brutal workouts. Farmer walks at 200lb per hand, atlas stones and car deadlifts. It was a fun time. I was given an honorable mention on the Metrix Worlds Strongest Man website a few years back. I did great on the opening event, but then it went down from there. lol

It was trick or treat night for my youngest. Maybe her last time, so I enjoyed it. Did about 1.5 mi of walking.

Not sure on annual mileage. I don't always take my phone. However, I was trying to calculate this a few weeks back and I've get 10-20 per week depending. I assume I'll be close to 1,000 for the year. That seems incredibly high, but if I break it down weekly, it does make sense.

edit- I only ate 1 Reese cup. :)

Yeah we walked about 2 miles with my boys. By the end we had to carry them both.

I had two snickers ;)

I won't get anywhere close to my step goal for today.

However, I am hoping to be able to workout in the morning which always pushes my step and calorie counts up.
