We need to drive this nail hard and fast. After the first day congress has already began its chip away to get closer to the goal of selling our public lands. Call or email your representatives today or both. We need to slam them right off the bat on this issue and let them know transfer or sale of public lands isn't going to be tolerated.

Good idea, but here in Wyoming, our two Senators, Enzi and Barrasso are not interested in what Sportspeople have to say. They told me as much after every e-mail I sent them..."We want to do what's best for Wyoming" read "Special interests" into that statement. They both are beholden to the Mineral extraction industries, Gas/Oil/ Agriculture/ Ranching/ Outfitters and Real estate. Our State Senators, Bebout/Miller/ and Stubson among others are pushing an amendment to the Wyoming Constitution to allow the transfer of Federal (public land) to the State. This whole situation stinks to high heaven. We sportspeople, resident & non resident alike had better unite and try to put the brakes on this. But in my opinion, our elected officials do what's best for them and their campaign donors and friends than actually representing the people who elected them. Pretty sad situation that we find ourselves in.
