definitely an odd accident,,,but I do not see a road that that quad should be on unless its on private land?even as an atv owner myself,there are still rules to follow.

you are correct though, on the off road thing. don't know how it is where you live but around here ATV users are NOT known for obeying laws.

Most ATV/UTV owners abide by the laws. A small percentage don't....Hillary voters.
