I agree. After last year the wifey was 1 foot out the door. 9 hunts or something crazy. Plus sheep scouting every free day. She said "why don't you try fathering as hard as you hunt?" Hints the low amount of forum participation. I also told her "I got three weeks of vacation, you plan it. I'm there!" Disney, Yosemite, and something else on the books. I'll be hunting with sick time and weekends this season. I'll be sick.. A lot..

Hmmm? Makes me wonder. Since I retired 2 years ago my wife and I are togther all day everyday. So the year before last when my brother drew a bull elk tag in AZ and I was figuring out what would be the best dates for me to go and come back the wife said " just go and stay as long as you need." Is that a good or a bad thing?
Though last year when he drew another bull tag in AZ she decided to go with me and we make a 3 week vacation out of it and visited her sister in Sierra Vista.

I'm a real wuss for beer. I like pilsners and lagers which most craft beer drinkers find too weak and flavorless. That doesn't stop me from trying as many beers when at a pub or brewery to find one I do like. I did find a craft rootbeer at Tenaya Creek Brewery in Vegas that was awsome.
