Matt, it does seem that way to me! Thanks to all. I'm very happy with the work of the taxidermist!
I just helped a friend hang his moose mount a few months ago. Recruit several friends for the job- you will be glad you did. It took 4 of us, 2 ladders, and a small scaffold to hang his up. His went up pretty high on a vaulted ceiling- I think the bottom is at 10 feet or so.

Show us that trophy room when you get it hung. Let me know if you need help I'll swing by one afternoon, maybe hold the ladder. Lol.
What does the wife think? You should hang it at the cabin.

Matt, she's not as happy as I am! And yes it's going in the cabin. Her biggest question to me when I brought him him is there's no way were having two of those in her words "beasts in my house" lol. I told it's either that or I take up fly fishing with Matt!:)

Nice resolution Pete. My house has already hit the saturation point with my wife's acceptance level. At least you had the forethought to get a cabin with cathedral ceilings. If you keep on hunting, then maybe a sunroom/trophy room addition is in your future.
