I absolutely love my Meindl 'Perfekt' hunting boots, they are just amazing and I've worn them nearly every day work and hunting for 2 years straight. Looks like I could get another 2 years out of them. Can't say enough good things about them.

This in the second year using my Outdoor Edge Swing Blade. Last year I used it on my cow elk and this year we used it on my son's bull elk. He wanted to field dress his own bull so I showed him how to get the blade with the rounded end just under the belly hide and it just zips right through with no danger of rupturing the stomach.

Well I broke down and spent the money on some kuiu attack pants last summer. Used them this hunting season almost every day. Hands down best investment. A close second is my fhf Bono harness with range finder attachment. That thing is awesome too. Keeps my binos covered, no bounce, and my range finder is right where I need it so I don't move a lot with archery. Excellent investment as well!

It's hard for me to pin point one item. Bought a new travel trailer and have used it a ton this year! Upgraded gps this year and with the onXmap chips it's also a must have item for me

fav new item this past fall was the s4 lock down bino harness, way cheaper than a lot of the other ones and worked great, snugged up where I wanted them and were never in the way. most used item that I was happy for was the jet boil.

not sure if its my black diamond walking sticks, or my kifaru pack system, both added comfort asnd distance to my hikes/hunts

I think I'd have to say that my favorite new piece of gear is my attack pants that my wife bought me for Valentines Day going on three years ago, they have been a great addition to my gear. I've wore them on every hunt for three years now and they are a little snagged up, but still going strong! When it gets cold and/or wet I just add long johns and/or pack-able rain pants.

Onxmaps. I don't think I could have legally hunted the maze of land ownership in Wyoming and Montana without it. It also allowed me to ditch my gps, which pleased me.

I have a lot of gear that I rely heavily on during our month long deer season. This year was particularly difficult with the weather, moon, etc. The piece of gear at camp that got me through the season was my flask of Crown Royal:)

Tahoe, Yosemite,
My FJ40.... Best 4wheeler I could have asked for. Also my new Montana Rifle but I think it's going to take a back seat to my son's new pre 64 model 70 after it put a couple rounds in a quarter sized hole.
