This needs to happen. We can have it at my house!

Oh and if MM shows I'll get the Keystone!

That is awesome!!!! It really says something about the group of people on here when you haven't met them and they go out of your way like that to help a fellow person out.

The truck ran great all the way home. It was the first time in probably 18 months I drove a along haul without an engine light coming on.

We are finally home and glad to be here.

On my b-day (the day after the repair) we got up, soaked in the hot springs, I made pancakes, venison steaks and gravy for breakfast for my wife, kids and I. We then went crawdadding in a creek and cleaned house on them all caught by hand (those kids are crawdadding machines). We brought them back and boiled them up for an appetizer (we don't suck the heads…sorry), and had panko breaded striped bass for dinner. Afterwards we went out jackrabbit hunting. A very full and fun day.

Welcome to your 50's U.H! I leave them behind in October.

When I was a kid, lake Powell was our vacation spot. I never caught a stripped bass there but we got some great rainbows and really nice crappie. Great memories of all that, thanks for sharing your trip with us.

DR is a stand up guy for sure, in fact when we flew our Nevada deer units last year he let me set in the front seat !!! I'm sure that benefited all of us including the pilot if you catch my drift.:(

Bummer about hearing about the car trouble Jim but it sounds like you all made it safely back on the road. It's never much fun having car trouble but it can be worse when you're states away from home without help. Happy birthday and well done Travis and Trent. That was awesome of you guys to help Jim and his family get back on the road! God bless you!
