Zen Ray Warranty

Is it just me? I sent my Zen Ray 10x43 binos in for repair over 60 days ago. Sept 8 an answer to an e-mail said they would be repaired the following week. I will need them for the upcoming gun season. Hard to recommend Zen Ray at this point. Something told me it would be like this so I bought some Diamondbacks to get by.

I don't think it's just you. I recall seeing an adverse comment about their recent warranty service on another forum as well.

Received a new pair of Zen Rays today. Warranty took care of all cost except a small shipping charge. Thanks Zen Ray, I will now be more careful with the new pair.

Glad to hear they took care of you. I just purchased a new pair (10X43) and part of the reason was I heard they had a great warranty.

sent them an email, never heard back from them, as life goes on sometimes... need to call/email/ send in my 8x32 for repair...

I got mine back fairly quickly but I rattled their cage pretty good last year.

I bought mine open box from camera land and actually called them and got a better more direct number that got me someone with some clout. Sorry I don't still have it
