Congrats to all the other successful elk hunters in this thread. And welcome to the few new guys I see made their first post in here.

Here is my biggest elk. Shot it in Washington. My brother shot my target bull a couple days before I got this one so I had to 'settle'. I saw this bull a week or 10 days before I got it. It wasn't busted at the time when I first saw it. After I got it it was missing one point and had busted tips on others.

Great bulls everyone!

Here is my biggest bull to date. Shot on the Wasatch mountains in Utah. Scored just shy of 340 as a 6x5.

Settle, ha. I seem to remember a cover of the first bull you mentioned.

Here is my first and only bull so far. I got him in Montana and he is 393 5/8 gross and 388 6/8 net typical. He is a very symmetrical 7x7 and RMEF took him on their Great Elk Tour in 2011. Quite a way to honor a great bull.

Thanks! The cool thing is that I got him in a Block Management Area (BMA) so that is public access that anyone can hunt on. It was a good, hard hunt and it sure made for lots of great memories.

Not a monster, but OK for a 5x5. Probably the only one I'll ever get from Kentucky. Only killed one other bull...a 6x7 in CO, neat rack, but pretty little. Hoping to put some of my points to use soon and get one like those above!!!
