Thinking about trying for an X5a archery tag this year. If anyone is willing to share any info on the unit, I would very much appreciate a PM! Trying to gather some info before going "all in" on the idea. Thanks a bunch.

I personally have never hunted it, however, if I were going to hunt it, I would probably try the Alfalfa fields... There's not many of them in that unit but they will draw deer... You're most likely gonna have competition in the Ag fields that border BLM but the sage flats can be pretty tough to grind out a 160 or better buck, so the fields may be a good bet... Just my opinion for what it's worth...
