I don't know what is going on in X5A but all of the deer we saw had very small racks. This was the best deer I saw all weekend. After hiking for miles and seeing dozens of does and spikes I shot this guy from my front porch at 254 yards. Go figure!

I'm still banging away up here but I'm gettin flustered. On Friday I saw a real good buck about a 26" 4x2 then later saw a 22ish 4x3 sparring with a forky I'm pretty sure both of those two got dusted at sunrise because of their local.
I've passed up four forkys and a 3x2 not much bigger than the op
Oh and I saw the biggest lion ever stalking a couple does I swear if it had a mane it would have fit in in Africa!

Our property has a lion on it. I have not seen it yet but the tracks are HUGE. At least you are seeing some racks with size. I haven't seen anything over 18" yet. We still have one landowner permit left and are headed back out on closing weekend as my son has a hockey game this weekend (damn kids
