Wyoming Unit Recommendations

We hunted pronghorns in 47 in 2013. All 4 were successful with the best goats around 70".
The drought was in full swing and we were just learning how to hunt them.

We are planning to apply again this year, but its a whole new ball game as far as drawing odds go.
Not only are quotas down for the most part, we are also adding a hunter, which meas 2 party apps instead of 1 party app. One group will try for 47 again, however myself and a buddy are considering somewhere new.

We like 47, but the tags have steadily dropped off, 1000, 900, 700, 400...Our odds have reduced dramatically.
Unrealistic to expect two parties to successfully draw.

We are after trophies this year, something sizably bigger than what we already have. That said, we don't have the points for the super premier units. We will use the SPC tag draw to boost our chances for those mid tier units.

Some units we are considering, in no particular order...

In SouthEast Wyoming: 32, 46, 47, 48 or 63.

In WestCentral Wyoming: 65 or 66

In NorthWest Wyoming: 81, 82, 83, 84, 86, 87 or 89.

Some questions I am hoping people can provide input on:
1. In the NW, a lot of units incorporate Forest Service land, are their antelope in these areas or only in the portions of the unit not consider forest land?
2. Which units have the better trophy potential? I realize a lot of units across the state have potential for 80 inch goats, just not sure if any of these are those units.
3. How have the quota trends been in NW vs the SE portions of the state?
