Wyoming Unit 34 Type 7 - Apparently I missed something.

I applied for Unit 34 tags this year and received both the Type 1 tag and 2 type 7 tags. My wife also drew 2 of the Type 7 tags. I don't recall reading anywhere that the type 7 tags are for does on private land only. Just got my regs yesterday and read this. That really throws a wrench into my plans. Does anyone know a rancher in this area who wants to get rid of some does?

Can they be used on the private portions of the walk in areas? There is a ton of acreage enrolled in 34.

I was told the entire walkin was considered pvt when I asked a number of years ago.

I was gonna apply for the type 7 because I wanted a doe tag. The hunt planner on the W G&F site describes it as doe/fawn tag valid only on private land.

I would ask about those walkin areas . If they are open on the private part for doe type 7 just make sure you are on the private part of the walkin or HMA.
